The Youth2Youth Mentorship Program was born in 2007 to foster meaningful and impactful connections inside and outside the World Bank Group. Professional guidance and personal support are key in the early stages of one’s career path and we believe that mentoring plays a central role for both.

The Youth2Youth Mentorship Program was born in 2007 to foster meaningful and impactful connections inside and outside the World Bank Group. Professional guidance and personal support are key in the early stages of one’s career path and we believe that mentoring plays a central role for both.

Mentee – Mentee Mentorship Partnership opportunity for staff with the same or similar grade and years of experience to connect, share conversation and advice to grow professionally

Speed mentoring is a great way to connect with mentors to receive feedback and advice on career development. Speed mentoring give an opportunity to build professional network and connect with peers.
